Use our free amenities to have fun at the local beach or just hang out at the 20' x 40' pool with outdoor shower, 4 lounge chairs and umbrella, stainless steel grill and dining table under gazebo or on Adirondack chairs surrounding our gas fire table and newly installed outdoor shower. POOL IS OPEN FROM APRIL 26 THRU OCTOBER 6, weather permitting. We keep our pool unheated in July through mid-September and at 85 degrees the rest of the time. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT POOL HEATER IS AFFECTED BY UNUSUALLY COLD TEMPS AND HIGH WINDS WHICH COULD CAUSE LOWER WATER TEMPS AT TIMES. Many other homes with pools will charge an additional pool heat fee but we have priced into nightly rate.
