The first and last floor can be reached through an external flight of stairs, partially covered and equipped with a handrail. The veranda equipped with tables and seating on both the south and north sides, makes the outdoor spaces enjoyable even on windy days. The magnificent sea view puts guests in contact with the sea even from home, making the atmosphere very relaxing.

The passage of pedestrians and vehicles is almost non-existent [only the few vehicles of the residents pass through the street in front of the house]. We are located exactly halfway between the village and Simius beach.
