  • Completely newly furnished villa, consisting of living room with Android TV with open kitchen equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
    A double bedroom with TV and private bathroom and a small bedroom with bunk bed.
    The two bathrooms and bedrooms are both complete with linens.
    Unlimited Wi Fi and air conditioning are available.
    The villa is surrounded by a large private garden with barbecue and arbor where you can relax with friends and have large lunches/barbecues.
    Externally there is also a completely new kitchen complete with everything you need.
    The villa is located in a very quiet area and private parking is also available.
    It is located about 350 meters from the pretty Simius beach and about 800 meters from the centre.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus mit einem schönen Garten. Meer und Stadt sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich. Wir hatten bisher noch kein Haus in dem die Küche so gut ausgestattet war.Für unseren Hund war der vollständig umzäunte Garten perfekt.Absolut empfehlenswert.

Auf Grund eines Wasserschadens konnten wir das Haus nicht beziehen. Uns wurde sofort ein sehr gutes Angebot zum Tausch gemacht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Great house with excellent location

This was a truly great house!!! We're a family with an 8y old and a smaller dog and we enjoyed it very much. When we arrived,it was after a longer drive from San Teodoro during the summer heat,so we were tired and our son was not feeling very good. It was very nice from Simone (the owner) to prepare water, ice, cooling sachets and even cakes (!!) for us in the fridge. We were very happy about it :-). The house is one of the best we've had in Italy (and we stayed in few as this was already our 11th time in Italy). It's very modern, very clean and has everything you need, we didn't miss a single thing. It even has 2 bathrooms, which was really great time saver. We enjoyed everything but most of all the beautiful, big garden with garden furniture and exterior dining table and also a smaller terrace with complete privacy and convenient sitting for evening glass of prosecco for the parents :-). There's also a big terrace with another exterior dining table. Another great thing of this house is its location. It's just 13min walking from Simius beach, which was great (much better then its famous sister Porto Giunco, because it was less crowded). Also,it's just 10min walking to the town, nearest supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Parking is just 50m away in a gated area. Simone is also very easy to communicate with and she cared about our convenience by asking several times, if we had everything we needed. If we come back to Sardinia, we'd definitely stay here again.
