The owners are very sweet and accommodating and there is no better view of Pienza than the rooftop terrace of this hotel which allows you to easily see the entire town. The reviews mentioning the parking, walk, and stairs are accurate. If you are disabled many accommodations in the heart of Pienza will be difficult due to traffic restrictions and the historic preservation of its buildings....

"Pienza is a small picturesque town located in the middle of the wonderfully beautiful Tuscan countryside. Well worth a visit!! It takes about 1 hour from Siena by car and the journey there is very beautiful.
The hotel is absolutely wonderful with fantastic views of Tuscany. It is quiet and peaceful and breakfast was taken with a wonderful view and was great.
