Engaño en precio.
Me cobraron 45 mil pesos más que los de la reserva, argumentando "impuestos", cuando claramente en hotels se señala que el precio ya incluía impuestos. Había algunos sonidos fuertes en los pasillos, creo que de otros aires o de bombas de agua, no estoy seguro.

El centro villavicencio
Decent hotel in the center of town. A little outdated but has hot water and breakfast. Internet was very bad for majority of the stay.

En general bueno el hotel, el desayuno incluido es tipo buffet muy bueno, pero la piscina es muy pequeña, realmente no la utilice.

Nice location
This was a nice location close to many shopping venues. The problem is never get a room in the front side of the hotel you will be close to the street and the outside noise will not allow you to sleep in. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Remember not to get a room on the side of room 317.

el servicio del restaurante al momento del desayuno muy regular la persona que pregunta en que habitaacion esta. melgeniada al momento que le solicite unos huevos pericos iso una cara de malestar por lo que se le pidio hay que recordar que el desayuno es tipo buffet y el cliente pide el favor que le preparen. los huevos. todo los alimentos estaban frios arepas salchichas y los huevos

It was ok
The hotel is nice, it is located in the heart of Villavicencio, therefore there is a lot to do during the day. But at night could be dangerous. The tvs they have in the room are very small and some of them are obsolete so there is not clear image and/or dont have remote. The service is really good, the waiters are really nice and willing to help. Breakfast is buffe and it was very good and a lot of options.

No han remodelado moviliario y en general todo se ve de años atrás. La factura emitida no correspondió al valor cancelado.. La emitieron por un 30% Menos, mencionando que el excedente correspondía a la comisión de Hoteles.com y que ese valor no lo podían facturar.

Hotel Villavicencio Plaza Is great - location bad
The hotel was fine - staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is in the near the town center - which is lacking for restaurants. Only decent place to eat is at the hotel.

En general me gusto mucho la estadía en el hotel la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, la atención de los empleados muy buena, el único inconveniente fue que en la carta del restaurante estaba anunciado un precio y a la hora de pagar cobraron mayor valor a la hora de reclamar dieron que era por el impuesto al consumo pero de ser así debería estar anunciado en la carta y de todos modos ni sumándole el impuesto al consumo daba el valor que cobraron entonces muy mal por ese lado por que aunque fueron solo 2000 pesos lo importante no era el valor si no la falta de respeto al poner un precio y cobrar otro. Por lo demás es un buen hotel y deberían corregir este tipo de cosas por que por cosas tan pequeñas se puede dañar la imagen del hotel.

Good place to stay in the center of the city
The hotel is old but inside of the rooms are quite comfortable. The staff is great very helpfull and very attentive even in costumer daily on daily basis but the restaurant was fair we eat a mix rice and salad 1 to 5 was 2 at most salad not fresh rice over salad.

Es un buen hotel para viajes de trabajo, la gente que trabaja es muy amable, igual la alimentación es buena. Las habitaciones son con modas. El problema principal es el baño, la ducha, pues el agua caliente se corta con frecuencia y uno termina bañándose con agua fría. También el servicio de televisión por cable tiene problemas, se desconecta.

Comfortable hotel right downtown
Had a great time at this hotel. Loved being right downtown and the breakfast buffets on the roof terrace were delicious and fun. The staff and service was top notch and the price was a great value. No complaints at all!

en un principio Andres la persona que me atendio en resepcion me informo que mi reserva no estaba, le mostre mi correo en el que aparecia el codigo de reserva y tambienn le mostre el descuento que me hicieron en mi tarjeta de credito, el siguio diciendo que mientras a el no le llegara el codigo de reserva no podia hacer nada. Ya eran las 8 de la noche y me parecia el colmo que fuera tan intransigente y no hiciera nada para solucionar el problema que no era mio pues ya habia demostrado que tenia una reserva y que ya habia cancelado la habitacion, Despues de un tiempo me pidio que reenviara el correo con el codigo de reserva y me permitio hospedarme. Me senti mal atendido por esta persona y no fue nada cortez y no quizo dar una solucion pronta al problema de la reserva, de resto todo estuvo bien, llimpeza, atencion, parqueadero, alimentacion buen hotel

Great hotel centrally located
We had a wonderful weekend stay. The hotel is centrally located in the city, however, we were warned that the neighborhood may not be too safe at night which was fine with us. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and their suggestions for activities and restaurants were spot on.
