Establishment in a quiet residential area. Noisy parties, professional sound system, nuisances after 10pm not allowed. Events such as birthdays bachelorette party chic reunion seminars welcome but declared and validated. Travelers limited to those declared, max 20 + baby. No undeclared pool visitors. Calm pets on request. Non-smoking indoor, outdoor yes with ashtrays.

House in a family suburban area. The neighbors are benevolent if you respect. Music indoor atmosphere windows closed ok, no 1000W pro sound system, no subwoofer that vibrates walls, no screams outside after 10pm. No foam, no projector. This is what allows us to keep the jacuzzi pool open late without complaint. If non-compliance, intervention and deposit withheld. We prefer to be clear from the beginning so that everything goes well.
