Located 300 meters from the Allier River, this cottage is housed in a beautiful character house that includes another cottage (H43G006297) with a separate entrance and outdoor spaces facing each other (back to back). Its location is ideal for lovers of fishing, relaxing by the river 200 meters away (unsupervised swimming), and lazing on a pleasant sheltered terrace (20 m²).

The cottage has a garage and a 75 m² enclosed courtyard with a 20 m² paved terrace. Nearby:
