We are offering this charming 48 m² flat with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Villers-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!

The north-east-facing flat is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area seating 4 people.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a TV and access to a small balcony.

- A shared (heated) swimming pool comprising two pools, one of which is for children, enclosed by a fence and accessible from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates subject to change).
