La limpieza del baño, de las sabanas y el piso no estaban para nada bien. A la hora de cancelar no me cobraron el previo que me dijo espedia, me cobraron 10 dólares más. No es el monto sino que no se respeto lo avordado

Nice hotel choice just couple blocks from ocean. This was a great location for walking to local restaurants and front desk people were very friendly and helpful with our questions. They served a nice breakfast in the morning. They have limited secured parking on site, but there are several surrounding streets where overnight parking was allowed.

Nice hotel, nice location
Nice hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff, just a couple blocks from the beach and casino, also many restaurants To walk to.

Stay somewhere - don't risk this place
Give this place a miss unless you are absolutely desperate - staff were all dreadful - no customer service skills - very strange to think that they were all miserable and unpleasant at all times - bathroom was dirty and mouldy - general lack of care in cleanliness - breakfast was basic and rationed.

Buena ubicación... cobro excesivo
Excelente ubicación pero me cobraron más por la habitación de lo que prometía la oferta en la página.... Se aprovecharon de un evento en la ciudad que tenía toda la capacidad hotelera llena.

Buena estadia. Solicita.os cambio de habitación a planta baja x no poder subir la escalera y respondieron a nuestro pedido, aunque la habitación fue más pequeña. El problema con el estacionamiento es que solo había lugar para tres vehículos, por lo que había risego de no conseguir guardarlo, y había que dejarlos uno detrás del otro, quedando el primer auto a expensas de que los posteriores dejarán su llave en recepción para poder mover los en caso de necesitar salir (y si quedabas detras tenías que dejar tu llave para que un tercero lo corriera en caso de ser necesario)

Simples, mas com bom custo-benefício
O hotel é simples, mas bastante aconchegante. O café da manhã é servido nas mesas, e não em buffet como na maioria dos hotéis, e isso reduz consideravelmente o número de opções servidas. O hotel é bem limpo e confortável, ficamos no térreo, mas não vi elevador, o que pode dificultar para quem se hospeda nos andares superiores. Ao lado há uma casa noturna, o que atrapalha um pouco pelo barulho a noite.

Vi spiste ikke frokost på hotellet, for vi sov alltid lenge. Men rommet var rent, fin størrelse og passet til prisen. Men hvis du ikke liker musikk fra 20.00 og utover, burde man vurdere et annet hotell. Det ligger nemlig rett ved siden av en nattklubb. Dette forstyrret ikke oss, men er fint å nevne. Også er det ingen AC, men det blir kjølig på kvelden, så det trengs heller ikke. Det er super sentralt i forhold til restauranter, strand, transport og 2min å gå til Casino. Lite, men koselig hotell! Hyggelig personell også! :)

Great Location
Great location, nice hotel. Staff was very accomodating and enjoyed the breakfast! Only small downsides are the walls are very thin, so you can here anyone walking up and down the stairs or talking in the halls. Also checkout was at 12, and we got a call on the dot asking us to leave not as nicely as we had hoped. We told them give us a few minutes and left at 12:15, but that final touch was totally unecessary.

great location with future potential
Great neighborhood and location in Vina, nice staff and good breakfast each day. The owners need to invest a little time and money to compete in this upscale area. Management feels ok to enter the room without notice--my husband was in the room, the rest of us had just left and the manager came in, unannounced. Surprising! The biggest offense are the beds...OLD very soft mattresses, and fitted sheets that DO NOT FIT! Personal pet peeve, I hate it when hotel sheets are certain to come off, and those on the twin beds don't even come close to fitting. Also, dust bunnies were rampant and the bathrooms really need some attention and serious clorox bleach time for the corners, grout, radiators, air intake cover for the jetted tub and other...our room had the damp towel from the last bather still hanging on a peg when we checked in--bathrooms are wiped down and toilet bowl with a sanitized banner across it, but little attention to other cleaning. This could be a terrific little hotel with just a little bit more effort, but maybe this is what you get at a medium price in this neighborhood.

Stay away from this creepy place
First of all, this hotel is impossible to find. We drove around and around asking directions but never finding anyone who knew where this street is located. After about an hour, we found someone who directed us to a street numbered 5-1/2. We went to the check in and the smug guy behind the desk told us he received the reservation late from Hotels.com and he had rented our room. I called hotels.com and they confirmed he received the reservation at once. So the scum bad sold our room so he didn't have to pay hotels.com a fee. He didn't offer to help us find another hotel as required by Hotels.com. He just dismissed us. The lobby was filthy.

El hotel es limpio y bonito. Está muy bien ubicado. Como está cerca de muchos antros se percibe ruido en las noches, aunque es tolerable. Sin embargo la aislación con el pasillo del hotel es baja. En lo que respecta al servicio, faltó comprensión con los clientes. Como tienen poco personal y el periodo del desayuno es muy breve por lo que no estaba disponible a primera hora y cuando llegué: 9 minutos tarde no me permitieron utilizarlo a pesar de que yo lo había conversado con antelación. Por lo que la experincia no fue del todo gratificante.
