“The location and views at this hotel are fantastic, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the high price tag. Several aspects were disappointing: the gym was unavailable, the spa was fully booked for our entire stay, and the indoor pool was dirty. We booked the jacuzzi, but it was cold upon arrival and only started warming up after 40 minutes—by then, our time was up as the next guests arrived. “Alright place but a bit off from Casablanca and you’ll need a taxi to get around. Limited offering in the restaurant, both in terms of wine and food, and the breakfast was quite poor (they ran out of eggs to serve us). ”
