“The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.”

“Friendly staff and check in. Our first room had a malfunctioning toilet so had to change rooms. Second room was better, refrigerator was not work on the second room. Renovations were on going so some construction noise was present as early as 8:12 am when we were assured that it would start after 9am. The beds and pillows in the room were new (feet like it). Overall, it was fine. I would consider a different property in the future if there was renovations on going. ”

“Perfect place to stay without children, with children, with or without pets. We had a great stay from the time we checked in. Front desk was very friendly and very welcoming. Our suite was very nice with comfortable, home feel to it. The only complaint we would have, which is nothing really, the controllers for the TV dont work very well so we just used our Hilton Apps. Lol problem solved. We will be back. It was a perfect weekend. Oh and the breakfast was very good as well. Thank you...

“Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back”
