“I picked this property based on reviews and hotel photos. The place didn’t disappoint. Spacious rooms, beautiful and well-maintained gardens and absolutely the best staff. Our group arrived quite early and the manager allowed us to check in early and even gave us breakfast that morning. Accommodated every request as the hotel was not busy. Manager was quite friendly and hands on. The rest of the hotel staff were also genuinely nice and caring. My only regret is we should have stayed here longer....

“The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute...
