“Another very nice hotel. Nice location. Staff helped with scooter hire. Internet wasn't the greatest, at times, but fine. Nice breakfast which is included. Looking forward to visiting again. Didn't see/use the pool.”

“Our stay at the Muong Thanh Cua Dong Hotel was a pleasant one. The daily breakfast buffet is well-attended. There is also a Highlands Coffee in the lobby. The hotel chain has two locations in Vinh. This location was the quieter one away. The room was large and well-insulated for quiet. The A/C works well. A good place to stay, especially for large families.”

“Stayed for three weeks at this wonderful hotel which we highly recommend.
Good location by the sea with a very well-kept pool area and park area.
High environmental awareness.
Good breakfast with great variety and excellent service. Good bar and à la carte menu.
The SPA department is professional and has a good range of treatments.
All staff were always happy and treated us well. They were very keen that we would enjoy ourselves at the hotel. Responsive if we had any concerns/wishes.

No information about this when booking was made several months before stay.
The staff did not see/notice the guests, improved their treatment during the stay.
Poor refilling of shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, etc., many disposable packages. Had to call and complain on several occasions during stay. Environmental thinking is not really in place.
