“Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . “The property was amazing. My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. All of the animals on the farm were such a unique part of the experience. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. The outdoor shower was probably one of my favorite parts! What a beautiful countryside and amazing host!!”

“No wonder this property earns an Excellent grade. Everything was amazing. The employees were very helpful; when we needed any information or had questions regarding our room, they were on it with the attention and or answers immediately.
Spotlessly clean, beautiful landscape, and a well supplied drink and snack room that would meet everyone's appetite needs, really! Great breakfast for the really hungry or light and for those with dietary needs. This is certainly an example for all Holiday...

“Stayed only for one night and arrived really late so we didn't see the surroundings. The hotel is very standard. In the morning we found out that we was looking at a dump with old cars and stuff. The included breakfast have to improve a lot to be worth staying for. Right across the street are a McDonalds which was our choice.”

“Everything was fantastic, we appreciated the pool as we traveled with a child and yes the water was warm. Outside they have lounge chairs if you like to tan, a grill, and a firepit. Breakfast is not included but it is very good. If I ever travel to Ithaca again I will definitely be booking here”
