Entertainment options abound both inside and outside the condo, with three swimming pools and Viking gas grills on the property. Unwind in the living room, featuring a new 65-inch TV and sectional, or enjoy the convenience of TVs in each bedroom, all equipped with an expanded cable package that includes 30 premium movie channels. With plenty of seating, gather for board games or movie nights on one of the DVD players.

A convenient storage closet located in the parking garage is available for your use, stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more—no need to lug wet beach gear upstairs!
Adjacent to the Sanctuary complex is the Fishing Pier at Little Island Park, featuring a children’s playground, covered picnic tables, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
