This is Shore Fun, a condo thoughtfully outfitted and decorated with the entire family in mind. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s sure to become a favorite year after year.
Situated on the fourth floor overlooking the pool, this condo offers great views of all the fun events happening just below. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic from the private oceanfront boardwalk, and marvel at the fiery evening colors as the sun sets over the Back Bay at Baha Restaurant next door.

Inside, the living area features a large TV conveniently positioned for optimal viewing from the kitchen, dining area, and comfortable leather sofas. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, premium cable, and a Blu-ray/DVD player for your entertainment. For added fun, a pool/air hockey table is located between the dining and living areas.

The bedrooms include a primary suite with a private bathroom, a TV, and direct access to the balcony. When it’s time to hit the beach, the garage-level storage closet comes equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a beach cart for easy transport, as well as space for your own beach items.

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which features a children’s playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, along with ample public parking for guests. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and extensive hiking trails.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
