The bright and airy downstairs family room is perfect for spreading out and enjoying time together. It seamlessly connects to the well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing ample space for everyone. The family room is equipped with a foosball table, a large TV with state-of-the-art surround sound, and cable, with WiFi available throughout. Bring your tablets and laptops to stay connected!

The spacious main suite on the top floor invites you to relax and unwind. Wake up to the sun rising over the Atlantic from the comfort of your king bed, or savor your morning coffee on the oversized private balcony adjacent to the primary suite. The main bathroom boasts a luxurious deep soaking tub, a separate shower, and plenty of space to indulge in relaxation.
The kids will love their large downstairs bedroom, which offers a private bath and plenty of room for fun. This expansive suite includes a queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle, and a top-of-the-line roll-away bed, comfortably accommodating up to six children in this fabulous retreat.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
