Welcome to The Regency, your luxury beach villa that will exceed your expectations for the perfect vacation. Outside living area complete with nice gathering area, built-in grilling station, and comfortable resort-style lounge furniture generously appointed on decks.

The first floor has two king suites, two queen suites, a theater room, a game room, a family room, and an elevator with access to all three levels. Three bedrooms to the north have a sense of privacy and access to an outside veranda via a sliding door. The large theater room, located on the south side, features coliseum-style seating. An arcade room is full of inside fun. The king main suite is located on the Southeast side of the house, with access to a paved patio area and the backyard. A cozy family room with comfortable seating makes this area one of many places to relax with access to a second full kitchen. The laundry room is centrally located on the first floor. The covered patio area leads to the indoor pool. Swim protected by the elements while watching the pelicans soar by. The outside living space offers a sitting area and spacious grilling area. The enlarged paved patio surrounding the pool provides space for gathering in groups for dining poolside.

The second floor has one king main suite with a private deck, a gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a wet bar, dining and living rooms with direct access to the catwalk and covered gazebo, a billiards room, and a pub-style bar. The main kitchen was designed for family dinners, big meals, and lots of love. Enjoy games of pool in the professional billiards room, and when you get thirsty, head to the pub-style bar, and make your own favorite concoction. Relax in the family room with large glass windows crowned with a custom-made spherical crystal chandelier and electric fireplace with floor-to-ceiling rock features. Ample seating in the nicely appointed dining room for all, as well as a wet bar, a computer area, a game area for cards and board games, a hall bath, and direct access onto the catwalk deck to the cabana. Standing at the end of the cabana makes you feel like you are floating above the sea.

The third floor has one king main suite and a private deck, plus six bedroom suites. There is also a reading room and a laundry room. Three of the seven bedrooms on the upper level have private decks with exceptional views of the ocean. Two bedrooms are double bunk rooms. The third-floor balcony looks down on the second-floor living area, with inspirational views of the sea crowned with a custom crystal chandelier.

The fireplace is for off-season use from Oct-May.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 12 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
