    The Space:

    Take a swim in the ocean just off the extended deck at Bella Brezza, where you'll be treated to panoramic, beachfront views of the Atlantic Ocean. Lounge by the private outdoor pool, take a dip in your very own indoor pool at any time of year, and enjoy a family vacation or reunion you'll remember for years to come. This luxe oceanfront home features a number of wonderful updates: six bedrooms were completely remodeled in 2021, while 2020 brought an expanded beachfront deck, the outdoor pool, and a remodeled kitchen and second floor. The house offers fantastic amenities on each of the three levels, making it the perfect spot for extended families, family reunions, corporate retreats, or getaways with golf buddies or friends. The kitchen features two refrigerators, two ranges, three ovens, two dishwashers, and a commercial ice maker for a nearly unlimited ice supply. Multiple gathering areas allow ample room to spread out, and the large dining space provides seating for all. Imagine Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner here! When it comes to entertainment, there's a commercial arcade system with Pac-Man, Galaga, and much more in the game room, which also includes a commercial air hockey table, a pool table, a foosball table, and a bar table for card-playing. An Xbox 360 has been added to the theater room, which contains 16 seats and a 75-inch screen for viewing your favorite games, movies, and sports events. There are flatscreen smart TVs in the great room overlooking the ocean, the game room, and all of the bedrooms. Other sources of entertainment include high-speed WiFi, Blu-ray players, and an outdoor basketball hoop. Of the 11 bedrooms throughout the home, 10 have attached bathrooms, including two large suites on the third floor which overlook the ocean. The best views of the beach are from those two suites, the new multi-level back decks, and the great room with a fireplace. The new extended decks also offer patio dining for memorable evenings or mornings watching the sunrise.

    • The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Security cameras are located in exterior locations. (2 cameras facing the front of the house & 3 cameras facing the back of the house) Parking notes: There is free parking available for 11 vehicles..

PERFECTION!!!

This house was absolutely one of the best properties we've rented in the 20+ years we've been going to Sandbridge, VA. Kitchen was well equipped, beautiful furnishings and decor. Will definitely rent this place again.

Amazing Home, Perfect For Our Retreat

This home was perfect for our retreat. Not only was it spacious enough for everyone not to be on top of each other, it provided all the amenities that we needed. The view is breathtaking.

This was a perfect house and location for family. We visited my daughter in the navy. It was close enough to base that she could come visit. Beautiful home and location is perfect! The kids could go to beach, or swim in the indoor or outdoor pool.

The indoor pool, a big reason we chose this house, was impossible to swim in. In our party of 28, no one could stand the chemicals, which caused burning eyes, burning skin, coughing, and sneezing. The property manager did not attend to the problem until day 3 of our 4-day stay due to holidays. We were unaware that the property would be neglected during our dates of stay.

Enjoy the stay, rooms were clean and cozy. Kitchen was large enough for the handle the large meals that we prepared. However the one room on the second floor facing the ocean had a banging noise all day and night loud enough to disturb your peace. All and all very nice house for large family function. Will stay again.

Family girls trip

This is a family girls trip from my 89 year old grandmother to my 7 year granddaughter. This house had something for everyone to do, with plenty of space to do it. We even enjoyed the puzzles that were there to use. The pool was a big hit.

Bella Bezza Delivers!

The house was better in person than we expected -- and we already had high expectations from the pictures. The house had enough "zones" so everyone could do their own thing when they wanted and had enough large spaces so we could all be together as well. And, the kitchen was more than large enough for our group.

Family Get together.

Everything was so nice and comfortable. The view was really nice! There were really no negatives about our stay. The only issue we as a group had was the comfortability of the beds. The Kings were nice. The queens, full and twins could use an upgrade. It was very cold and windy so we couldn't do much outside but the movie room and the indoor pool occupied us! Overall wonderful stay! Thank you!

The space was great and lots of space to gather and have time to slef.

I loved the indoor pool and space. The mattress on the beds was ok but I was hoping for softer beds for the luxury size of the house. I also found that their was no filtered water in the 2 fridges in the kitchen, no big deal I just made an assumption and I am sharing incase anyone else wants to pick up water.

Our stay was outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our experience met their high standards. The house was spotless and well-stocked, making us feel right at home. We even encountered a situation where three of our guests needed assistance with the shower controls. The team promptly sent someone over to give a helpful demonstration, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Feel free to let me know further adjustments!

Great location and house!

House floor plan is great and open. Easily accommodated 21 people without feeling like you were on top of each other. Indoor pool was great for the kids. A little cool on the temp but not bad. Only negative is the kitchen didn’t have any basic spices or condiments. Also, only 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom and no garbage bags.

The house is right on the beach. The view is unbelievable. The house has so much entertainment inside. The is a game room, in home theater and swimming pool inside and out The house is 3 floors. There is 11 bedooms. Most have there own bath room. Just 3 didn't. We never felt over growed. There is a very large kitchen. The table for family gets together is huge. Everyone could sit at the table

The house was great!

Loved everything about this home. We had a few issues but Vacasa handled immediately. The only complaint we had was while eating dinner, one of the glass pieces on the table broke. I called and the rep thought we were looking for someone to clean it. We wanted the piece removed and once she opened her ears, someone came out and removed it.
