Located on a lovely wooded lot and with easy access to both the bay and beach, this home is perfect for quiet and rejuvenating downtime. Enjoy fishing and crabbing in the canal or a fast game of foosball in the den. Best of all, you'll have a glistening pool to splash around in. Most of your time will be spent poolside, but the beach is just a short stroll away, as well as Little Island State Park and the fishing pier! Take advantage of the free WiFi, jetted tub in the main bath, grill, foosball table, and open and screened porches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
