Baltic Beach Retreat ligger i hjärtat av Vibe Creative District, bara 3 kvarter från den berömda strandpromenaden Virginia Beach. Bekvämt beläget nära Convention Center och inom gångavstånd till populära restauranger, surfbutiker, ett destilleri och mer, kommer du inte att gå tom för saker att göra eller platser att se. Den första våningen vardagsrummet har bekväma läder möbler och ett fullt utrustat kök tillsammans med en bar och en halv bad. Den andra våningen har ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och en tvilling med en pop-up trille. Rummet har också ett fullt privat badrum och gott om garderobsutrymme och sitter precis förbi tvättmaskinen / torktumlare. Det tredje våningen sovrummet har en queen size-säng och ett badrum, en loveseat och byrå, samt en utomhus balkong. Great location just steps from places to eat etc. and a short walk to the beach. One bedroom is on the second floor and the one on the third floor is roomy but a loft style so noise from the main floor drifts up. The stairs are very steep - use caution with little ones. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dinner/cookware and an ice machine was a nice addition. We used the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. We had some issues accessing apps on the TV. Overall a nice place.

Volleyball Tournament

This place was fantastic for our family. Our daughter’s tournament was a short walk to the beach and the house provided 2 beach chairs which came in handy. Communication with Chris was very prompt and she was very accommodating.

Place was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a group of 4 however, I believe it stays 6 people. Only a 5 min. walk to the boardwalk and all the food and shops you can think of. Hosts were accommodating and communicated very well. Will def. stay there again when we make our way back. Great time and a great condo to stay in.

Top-notch property and location

The property was top-notch and clean. Perfect location for our trip for a sporting event at the convention center and to the beach. The house was beautiful and had everything supplied as in the description. Chris was a very welcoming host and was very easy to work with. Will definitely book again if in the area!

Great Stay

Our host was very accommodating to any questions or concerns we had. The property was clean and very homey making it easy to stay at. We enjoyed being able to quickly walk to the Convention Center for our event and then to the many restaurants and coffee places in between.

Great location and size!

The townhouse has a great proximity to the beach is a huge plus just a short walk, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever you want. The townhouse is also close to a variety of great restaurants and shops, so you’re never far from a good meal or entertainment options. Overall, this townhouse is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a mix of convenience, comfort, and beachside fun. Would highly recommend!

Family Fun in Virginia Beach

This was our first time in the area for vacation and this house is really well placed to get to all the fun. We could walk to restaurants and the beach easily. We really enjoyed our stay in the house, plenty of space to spread out with all the comforts of home! Our host was wonderful to work with. Two thumbs up!

First time

It was our fist time in Virginia Beach, and we could not ask for a better place to stay. There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and you are a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. Check in and out was easy. My family and I had a very good time and we will definitely be back.

Promising, But Problematic

There were things we liked about our stay. E.g., the check-in was easy, the space was ample, and the host was responsive. However, our experience also left a lot to be desired in some respects. 1) We discovered cockroaches towards the end our stay: 2) the faucet for the kitchen sometimes leaked when you turned it on, causing water to run across the counter; 3) we discovered that 1 of the unit's plastic cups was cracked and tossed it out after it leaked milk; 4) the night lights that we thought could help our our boys walk the stairs in case they needed us during the night didn't initially work (to her credit, once we notified the host of this issue, she quickly came and changed the batteries); and 5) the shower on the 3rd floor initially had poor water pressure and and looked to perhaps be a bit dislodged from the wall (when he notified the host, both issues were subsequently responded to and largely addressed). Outside the property, there were also issues. E.g. we dealt with intermittent noise after hours on multiple days during our stay from neighbors & noisy, disruptive construction that seemed to largely arise from a nearby Capital Improvement Project that appeared to have begun in early May 2023 and is expected to take 18 months to complete. B/c of issues like these, I reluctantly requested a night refund for our troubles and have yet to hear back. Hopefully, prospective renters can make make a more informed choice on this unit than were able to. Regards, David

The perfect place

This was our first beach vacation since 2019, and I couldnt have imagined a better place. It’s a short walk from the beach, right next to an amazing brewery that has different food trucks every night, many coffee shops, etc. the place itself was perfect for my parents, my husband dand I , and our 12 year old. I think we may have found our yearly vacation spot!

Great property in a fun neighborhood

Great property with close access to the beach/boardwalk area but far enough away to escape from the hustle and bustle. Cool coffee shops, restaurants and breweries in walking distance. Would stay here again!

This was a great condo for our family!

The condo was very clean, kitchen was stocked with all you needed to cook any meals, paper products and cleaning supplies were included too. My teenage kids loved having the 2nd floor all to themselves. We loved the short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Many great restaurants also within walking distance. Overall definitely a great place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

My husband, my two young children, and I stayed at this property while attending an event at the convention center. The property was very clean, and communication with the owner was always answered promptly. The convention center was a very quick drive away, and the beach was a few minutes walk. The surrounding streets have several coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants that are easily walkable. The unit itself was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a family for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything

This rental was amazing! The host was responsive and helpful with everything. I brought three high school seniors for their senior spring break and is was great that they could walk to everything. We did visit all the local restaurants by walking and the art murals were amazing as well. The condo is well furnished and met all of our needs. I personally enjoyed the west facing deck as I enjoyed the sunshine every day we were there. The walk to the beach was so easy and so relaxing to catch the morning sun rise. It’s a beach town that has everything and this condo is in a prime location. Thank you for hosting us Chris it was a spring break from Michigan to remember.

Nice Condo near the beach

My wife, sister, and I stayed here in October while visiting friends in Virginia Beach. The condo was easy to check into, the owner was quick to respond to messages through VRBO, and the place was comfortable and well equipped. The location is good with easy walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future and would highly recommend it to others as an alternative to pricy hotels.
