“The hotel appeared to appeal to young adults and families. The lobby had many activities going on, including a bar in the middle of the lobby so checking in was very noisy. Staff was incredibly on top of any need we had. I hate having to use valet parking but the service was fast and courteous. ”

“The view from the room was great, That's it. Probably the worst hotel experience I have had. The hotel is in really bad shape. Broken water taps both in the tub and the basin. Doors were hard to open and close and sliding door to balcony almost impossible to open and close. We had access to hot water the first night, then that disappeared. No beech towels.
