“This is the prime example of a grand hotel, Richmond style. The service is what you would expect from a five star hotel: impeccable. We especially appreciated the concierge, who took care of us when we had forgotten certain toiletry items and when shirts had to be laundered quickly. Breakfast and dinner were marvelous, although one of the hostesses could have been a bit more accommodating and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were large and well appointed. Anyone contemplating a visit to Richmond...
