“Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. They tried to get into the room twice though I’d added a day to the reservation. When I reported the problem to reception, the same woman (always at the desk in the morning) who...

“Clean”

“Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms.”

“Traveled with partner and pet. Property easily accessible and close to NJ Turnpike. Lots of grassy area to walk dog. Staff were very helpful. Printed off some pages for me and recommended nice sushi restaurant 6 minutes away. Breakfast adequate and a plus had 24/7 brewed coffee available. Heating/cooling unit in first floor room a tad noisy and configured tightly to king size bed in our room. No big deal, did not run at night and room was still cozy. TV huge!”

“One rung up from a Hampton Inn so at least there was a bottle of water in the room. Light food options for travellers arriving late would be hugely appreciated. The nearby Vracker Barrel, the only restaurant that was walkable, didn’t even serve alcohol.”

“Floor was sticky, the counter had crumbs all over it upon entry. Bathroom floor was also sticky. No thanks. Sleepless night. Left very early am. Will be contacting manager. ”

“Rooms a bit dated, if you don’t have room fan/air running you can hear conversations clearly from next room, amongst other things. TV in our room was not watchable, screen constantly freezing & becoming pixelated. Bathroom sink area, not enough room or shelf beneath to put toiletries. ”

“To my surprise- I was so pleased to see the upgraded results of this hotel, since my first visit that was majorly disappointing and utterly shocking.! Hint: A Scene from the hotel in the bad section of ( Breaking Bad ) a T.V. Series. Since then, there’s been plenty of good solid changes, to making the experience better for the guest. “A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose ”
