âVery clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. Near the waterfront, major bus lines, and dining options. We had a large group (12) who all stayed here for 3 nights, and we had an excellent stay.â

âThe hotel itself is acceptable. You can hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms however. The staff at the reception were a big disappointment as they were not helpful at all.
Some other big negatives were the use of facial recognition cameras to get access to the elevators and get into the hotel from the garage. The hotel refused to give any keycards for me who did not want to register my face in their system. My partner agreed to register her face so we could get to the room. The system...

âEtt litet och mycket fint boutique hotell som gjorde vĂ„r vistelse i Kapstaden sĂ„ bra som överhuvudtaget Ă€r möjligt. Mycket hjĂ€lpsam och trevlig personal. âProperty is well maintained and clean. The area seemed to be very safe. Close to a Hop-on Hop-off bus stop (4 minute walk). Grocery store, pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to beach. â

âLocation is great with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious. Reliable and unlimited WiFi. The staff is very helpful, I got sick and needed medicine and the receptionist helped me out. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and the only thing I wish was better was the lighting in the bathroom in my room on the ground floor. Now it wasnt bright enough to be able to put on make up properly. But other than that I had a great stay! â
âWhat an unforgettable experience at 21 Nettleton! From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the very last day, the team made sure every detail of our stay was absolutely perfect. The only downside was that our trip was cut a day short due to a canceled flightâwe truly didnât want to leave!
We stayed in the Penthouse Suite, and all we can say is wow, wow, wowâit was breathtakingly beautiful. The views, the design, and the comfort made it feel like a dream.

âThe rooms are lovely.
The whole house is filled with a good atmosphere. It is all feel good.
Breakfasts are delicious with many choices.
Staff give good and pleasant service at any time.

"The hotel itself is acceptable. You can hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms however. The staff at the reception were a big disappointment as they were not helpful at all.
Some other big negatives were the use of facial recognition cameras to get access to the elevators and get into the hotel from the garage. The hotel refused to give any keycards for me who did not want to register my face in their system. My partner agreed to register her face so we could get to the room. The system did not work very well however and we got stuck in the garage at two occasions.
Another thing was the breakfast. We paid extra to have breakfast included and the breakfast was served in the restaurant/coffee shop on the ground floor, which was open to outside guests. We ordered our breakfast and afterwards received a phone call from the reception telling us we had ordered too much for breakfast and they wanted us to pay extra. Apparently they had a limit of 600 Rand for breakfast but had not told us about it. The bill however stated that 10 % of that was service charge so you had even less to order for without paying extra. And the restaurant itself was not a cheap restaurant so do not expect to be able to get completely full if you do not want to pay extra.
The stay was acceptable but we will choose another hotel next time we go to Cape town."
