Designed with your stay in mind

The outdoor area is the heart of the house — a gourmet kitchen with integrated barbecue, a guest bathroom, Smart TV, and a pool table in the yard with a pool. The space was designed for groups who spend the day together, without needing to go out for entertainment or a full meal.

All three bedrooms are en-suites with air conditioning, room-darkening shades, and private bathrooms. The main bedroom accommodates more than a couple — it has a sofa bed and a hammock in addition to the double bed, flexible for families with children or groups that need more capacity in a single room. Three parking spots in the yard remove the car logistics for groups arriving in multiple vehicles.

The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and utensils. For beach and lagoon days, both are just minutes from the house — no car, no planning needed.

• A basic linen set is included: bath towels, bed linens, hand towels, body soap, and toilet paper. Items are provided as a starter supply; refills are not included.

Additional Costs

• The base rate includes up to 6 guests. From the 7th guest onward, an additional per-person, per-night fee applies, as indicated on the platform at the time of booking.

Arrival and ongoing support

Check-in is conducted in person by a Nomads host. The guest responsible for the booking receives a full house orientation and from that point the group has independent access via key lockbox. Support available throughout the stay. All details and access instructions confirmed upon booking.

Ponta da Fruta is a residential neighborhood in Vila Velha with direct access to the beach and lagoon — both just minutes from the house on foot. The neighborhood has supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants for daily needs. Rodovia do Sol connects Ponta da Fruta to the rest of the Espírito Santo coastline and to central Vila Velha in under 30 minutes.
