“Staff did not like children and charged us $30 per kid. No place in the website to enter my kids into the guest list. My kids were well behaved and the surprise fees plus extra taxes really hurt our budgets ”

“Trevligt hus nära Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. Jag tror att det är 9 rum i huset och 3 badrum. Badrummen är fina men det finns alltid folk som inte tar hänsyn och duschar i en halv timme. Fint kök och vardagsrum som delas av alla. Väldigt trevligt att träffa folk från hela världen runt matbordet och dela vad man har med dem. Kan varmt rekommenderas.”

“What a great place! We had a wonderful stay at this cute tiki cottage. The hosts had Hawaiian music playing when first arrived which was a really nice touch. Very well maintained grounds, beautiful flowers throughout. The tiki decor in the house was so fun and very well done. We had a relaxing evening on the lanai listening to the rain and kept cozy with lots of blankets because it does get cold at night. There was a heated mattress pad on the bed which was lovely. “We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken. We ended up not staying either of the two nights we booked here. It seems fair to get a some refund since the hot tub was broken.”
