âWe had initially planned to stay at Locanda Poggioleone for three days but we ended up staying for a whole week because we loved it so much. The hotel is located a short drive from Castiglione Del Lago with a great view over lake Trasimeno. The hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable, the pool area is very nice and the rooms are nice & clean. Will definately come back to this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.â

âThis is the place you want to go to for peace and tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed the mild climate in the beginning of June and the serenity of the surroundings.
We trveled vis public transport, i.e. train and taxi, but I would recommend to use go via car or bike instead.â
âEvery thing was perfect.we had a excellent dinner with a good price ,nice service.breakfast was good and claudio was gentleman .he let me and my wife collecting fruit from the hotel garden and he surprised me with a red wine bottle as a gift .â

âQuesto campeggio offre molte possibilitĂ di divertimento e svago. La casetta mobile ben organizzata e attrezzata di tutto ciĂČ che serve.due giorni di pieno rilassamento. Questo campeggio merita davvero. Unica pecca a mio avviso il servizio bar che puĂČ sicuramente migliorare in quanto gli aperitivi non sono serviti come dovrebbero insomma non ti invogliano a tornarci di certo . â

âThe owner of the hotel Francesca is literally there 24/7. You get anything that you need in a heartbeat. The room is really big, it also had a balcony and a spacious shower room. The lake is very close therefore it is easy to walk or cycle there. We rented the bikes just for âŹ5 for a half day from the hotel. A boat ride to the Island was very enjoyable.
