Hello! I’m Annemarie, your host. I’m delighted to welcome you to my oasis for the senses. You’re in good hands here if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, a chance to slow down, and mindfulness. I live in the other half of the house and am always here for you if you need anything—quietly and unobtrusively.
By the pool, there’s a hot/cold shower with toiletries that you’re welcome to use anytime.

The down comforters measure 1.60 x 2.10 m (Swiss standard), 140 x 200 (Austrian standard), or 2.00 x 2.10 m (for snuggling). Please let me know in advance which one you’d like; otherwise, I’ll set out the 1.40 m one. Bathrobes are available in all sizes. The luxury bathroom features a walk-in shower and a window for ventilation after showering. The fan with a humidity sensor turns on automatically. The faucets are 24-karat gold-plated with Swarovski crystal handles from the Jado Perlrand Cristal line. Please dry the faucets after use or take advantage of the free housekeeping service. Everything you need for cleaning is in the apartment—from the Dyson vacuum cleaner to cleaning supplies to a feather duster. If you’d like, I’ll clean at least the bathroom for you daily at no charge. To do so, please unlock the white connecting door. There’s a dart case hanging in the hallway for the terrace wall. The living room has a couch with a pull-out bed. Sleeping surface: 1.20 m. The mattress topper is on the left side of the sofa; please remove it if needed. There’s a hidden lamp above the green desk. This way, you can use the living room as an office during the day and turn it into a bedroom in the evening. Netflix is available in both bedrooms. Also available in Hungarian, Czech, and Slovak. Just open the respective profile.

We have day and night curtains plus roller shutters for blackout. In the kitchen, do not leave the front door open without pulling down the insect screen. Otherwise, the apartment will be full of mosquitoes. Please always pull it down.

Please note that you must not flush wet wipes or anything else down the toilet. Toilet paper only! A toilet with a flush mechanism has been installed in place of the bidet. Thank you.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. There’s a SodaStream machine for sparkling water, as well as a cream whipper with a cartridge and a cocktail shaker. If anything is missing, I’ll be happy to bring it to you. Breakfast can be booked for €10 per person. Coffee and a fine selection of teas are free for you.
You’ll find a clothes rack in the kitchen behind the left curtain. Two kitchen chairs have taller legs for guests who are 1.60 m tall.
If you’d like to use my dryer in the basement, please let me know. You can hang your laundry outside or in the boiler room. Laundry detergent (Ariel Color), dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper are free here.
On the patio, you’ll find a mini stereo system with an USB port for your favorite music, a charcoal grill with charcoal from the garage, and a fire pit; firewood is available around the house. You’ll find a large beach towel for the double lounger, as well as smaller ones for the deck chairs, in the upper cabinet in the bathroom. There are also white sauna kilt and sauna towels. One golf bag with the essential clubs and a cart is also available free of charge. You can find the bocce set and badminton set in the garage.

Klopeinersee Lake is a 7-minute drive away and features 4 public beach areas. The Süd beach area has the most parking spaces. The “Nord” beach has the larger dock. “Bellevue” has a sandy beach. The idyllic Gösselsdorfersee is partially surrounded by forest, offering plenty of shaded spots. We provide deck chairs and umbrellas with stands free of charge for you to take with you.
You’re also welcome to use the 3 e-bikes—1 with a child seat—to explore the region’s 7 lakes. For an active vacation, we offer the Active Card South Carinthia—free for your entire stay and valid daily. It includes, for example, free train rides throughout Carinthia and 30 other activities such as guided hikes, golf, biking, yoga, horseback riding… Please search for it online.
You can reach the capital, Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, by car in half an hour. It’s 1 km to the center of Völkermarkt. The region offers many interesting destinations and places of spiritual energy. You’ll find informational materials about these in the kitchen. You can store your empty suitcases in our basement so you don’t trip over them. The rooms are too small to leave them in the apartment.
