Relaxing holiday in Sandros villa.

Relaxing holiday with great sized pool and gorgeous views across the bay. Local Taverna however had loud music blaring on Saturday night until early morning hours.

Beautiful property

A beautiful villa overlooking a stunning bay where we watched the sun set every night. Villa was really well equipped with plenty of options outside to sit in the sun or shade through out the day. Great contact from both Vasilis and Jens making sure everything was ok. Highly recommended, both the villa and the island. Would definitely return.

We loved our stay at this property! The view is stunning watching the sunsets every night. The pool is big and deep and the ourdoor space had a number of areas to hang out as a family for dinners or have some private space. Air conditioning was wonderful in the heat and one of the most walkable properties we stayed at - short walk to restaurants, beach, and market. Was able to take walks/hikes every day to explore the island. So much to watch overlooking the harbour. One note if you are staying here is that all the water is salt water so there is a dishwasher but it is best to self clean the dishes. Property manager Vasilis was great and had water loaded up in the fridge for us and owner Jens was incredibly helpful kn communications.Highly recommend this property!

Juste parfait

Avec nos quatre enfants, nous avons passé une semaine idyllique. Le confort, la propreté, la fraîcheur de la maison, les équipements mis à disposition ( des ustensiles de la cuisine au barbecue en passant par l’enceinte de musique extérieure. Sans parler de la piscine magnifique, à débordement et autour de 29 / 30°. La magnifique pergola extérieure. Tout cela ne serait rien sans la vue à couper le souffle sur la baie, sur la mer plus lointaine et sur les monts du Cap Sounion à l’horizon. À ne pas rater le coucher de soleil ! Nous suggérant fortement de louer une voiture pour les ravitaillement et des balades dans l’île .

Emplacement de la maison à quelques mètres du port de Vourkari donc idéale pour aller boire un café ou dîner. Les espaces extérieurs de la maison sont très agréables et spacieux. Nous étendions certains soir la musique du restaurant situé en contrebas et cela était plutôt sympathique . La piscine est grande et la table de la terrasse très agréable. Vue juste sublime. Maison très calme. On a adoré.

villa exceptionnelle parfaitement située

On est tout d’abord très bien accueilli puis on découvre une superbe villa située dans le petit port avec une vue sur la mer et les bateaux de plaisance exceptionnelle. Nous avons adoré nous installer sur la terrasse du haut pour admirer la vue. La maison est protégée du vent et la piscine est toujours à bonne température. Le cadre est vraiment impressionnant et on se sent tout de suite très bien dans cette villa. L’intérieur est bien décoré et la cuisine est très agréable. La cuisine d’été est bien ombragée et impressionnante creusée dans la roche ! L’accueil est excellent et la personne est toujours disponible et très efficace. Nous avons eu en plus toutes les explications avant d’arriver ce qui est très pratique. On y retournera avec grand plaisir.

Amazing holiday home with great location

We had an amazing stay in this holiday home. Beuatiful house with a large outdoor area and pool. It was close to both a very nice beach and good restaurants. All in all - a perfect holiday home. We would love to come back!

The place is just wonderful, perfect location, cute house, gorgeous view, lovely gardens, friendly and helpful owner & manager. A beautiful vibe. Plus! Great restaurant downstairs…the only minor minor complaint is that the bathrooms (and maybe kitchen if you are into cooking like us) need updating. Other than that it’s absolutely fabulous! Quelle belle maison, avec sa vue imprenable ! La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Le village de Vourkari est charmant et assez animé. Très belle vue

La maison de Jens est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Elle est très bien placée, à distance à pied des commerces et restaurants. Les différentes terrasses sont très agréables et proposent des points de vue et des expositions différentes. La piscine est très belle. Bref, à recommander !

Des vacances de rêve

La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos, c'est pour dire. Accueil très sympathique, location spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée, et joliment décorée. Les extérieurs sont magiques, plein d'endroits différents pour se reposer à l'ombre ou profiter du soleil, se faire un barbecue dehors ou profiter des abords de la piscine. Quand à la vue, c'est une merveille. L'emplacement est idéal, c'est pour moi l'une des maisons les mieux situées de Vourkari, tellement prêt du port, tout en étant en retrait. Idéal. Merci à Jens et Dina pour leur super accueil.

Beautiful outlook and comfortable villa

For me, its all about the view and this villa has one of the best. It is stunning, peaceful and interesting. Nestled up a short steep path above the bay, you over look the sea and sailing boats and have a wonderful view of sunset. Down the path you have immediate access to good restaurants, all making good use of the relaxed vibe the area brings. On a 14 day stay we had a beautiful sunset 12 of the nights and watched shooting stars in abundance. Being able to walk to nice restaurants without being affected by them was wonderful. You can snorkel in the bay and there is a small supermarket in walking distance that although expensive, provides you with the necessary. There are many wonderful beaches in Kea that it worth getting a car for. The villa itself is tastefully decorated. The mattresses very comfortable and the air conditioning wonderful to ensure a good nights sleep. The outside area though is where you will want to be and there are more sitting areas than you could ever use and 3 comfortable loungers. The area has been furnished with such taste it really is a lovely space to be in. The upper balcony is perfect for breakfast and sun downers. The pool is a really good size and also benefits from the amazing view. If you want total relaxation in a stunning setting then this is the place for you.

Perfect family holiday

A fantastic holiday house, tastefully decorated. The pool area is perfectly organised with a great view over Vourkari offering a plenty of seating for dining, sunbathing and lounging. Bedrooms are located on the cooler lower ground while living area is situated on the upper level providing plenty of living area with stunning views of the sunset. The house is very conveniently situated, within a walking distance from numerous restaurants and shopping. The house is fully equipped catering to all needs. The caretaker is very attentive and has been immediately available to provide assistance when needed. The island has very clean beaches, great dining and very good service. Residents are friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this holiday package more.

Magnifique maison idéalement située

Très belle maison, agréable et fonctionnelle. Espaces extérieurs ombragés et bien aménagés. La piscine et la vue sur la baie est un vrai plus !! Nous avons passé une semaine reposante dans la maison de Jens, à proximité immédiate des bars et restaurants de Vourkari. L'île est à découvrir, paysages ruraux préservés et points de vue parfois spectaculaires. A beautiful house ideally located and very functional and so comfortable!. The swimming pool area is nicely designed and provides a lot of shadow. While swimming, the view over the Vourkari bay is enchanting ! We spent a relaxing week in Jens's house, enjoying the bars and restaurant nearby. The island is very pretty and worth to be discovered.The landscapes are preserved and sometimes really spectacular. We were a family of four (2 kids and 2 adults). The house could easily accommodate up to 8 people without any problem ... Ariane & Christophe (Paris)

Amazing house with stunning views

We stayed for 10 days and had an amazing time in this wonderful house. The house was extremely clean, very spacious, and well-equipped. It is located in the nicest part of the island, Vourkari with stunning views and amazing sunsets. There is also a very nice pool and outdoor area which is ideal for entertaining (e.,g., grill, lounge chairs, table, sound / speaker system, etc. ). The house is located (in Vourkari) within easy walking distance of a range of good bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Perfect place!

We stayed two weeks in Jens house and everything was so perfect! We are a small french family with two little boys and we enjoyed a lot the house, the location and the island. The house is so pleasant and nice, lots of places to hang, everything is beautiful. The pool is perfect, there is nothing bad to say. Kea is a really nice island, really authentic a real Greece secret. Not a lot of tourists, great beaches and restaurants. Vourkari is really nice, you can do a lot of things by walk from the house. Thank you Jens!
