Personalen pĂ„ hotellet Ă€r oerhört serviceminded, i denna kategori Ă€r hotellet femstjĂ€rnigt!! Frukosten Ă€r inte den största, men hĂ„ller vĂ€ldigt hög klass. Den enda nackdelen med hotellet Ă€r stadens central busstation som ligger precis sidan om. VĂ€ldigt irriterande ljud dygnets flesta timmar, bussarna stĂ„r oftast igĂ„ng med AC:n vilket lĂ„ter vĂ€ldigt...

âWe stayed here for 4 nights and we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is new and modern, an elegant place. It is situated minutes away from old town and by the sea. In the other direction was a beach 10-15 minutes walk.
Especially we enjoyed the rooftop with a pool, sun beds and a bar. As itâs a small hotel we found it very relaxing to stay here.
The breakfast was good, also typical Greece options.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.â

âFantastic hotel with wonderful service. Comfortable room with big balcony, Close to Rethymno. Clean and big pools. Nice beach club at the beach. Very good service. A lot of good restaurants close to the area. Fantastic breakfast buffe, big variety of fruits and cold and warm food. Good SPA with attentive and knowledgeable personal. The only thing that was not top was the gym, small and some of the machines were not working. â

âFint hotell som Ă€ndĂ„ var hyfsat litet o mysigt. Bra pool omrĂ„de o nĂ€ra till havet och en liten stad med mat o nĂ„gra butiker. Bussen gick till Rethymno och kostade 1.2âŹ.
Det enda som var lite "negativt" var att det var vÀldigt lyhört frÄn korridoren utanför men dÄ det endast var ca 10 rum i en korridor sÄ funkade det ÀndÄ.
Sen kunde man inte ha AC igÄng nÀr man inte var i rummet sÄ nÀr det var dags o sova fick man köra AC under tiden. Fanns sleep mode som var lite tystare men AC satt vid...
âAn incredibly cosy hotel slightly outside of Chania. The two guys who run it are kind and very helpful. We even received gifts from them on our journey towards the south of the island! I highly recommend booking this place over somewhere in the centre of town as you get a bit more privacy and silence, while also receiving a great view of the sea.â

"Overall good, however a couple of improvement opportunities:
1) Supposedly itâs an adults oriented hotel, and the limit is 12 years. Unfortunately, lots of kids below that age.
2) Service by the pool area is varying in quality - from acceptable to poor. Staff seemed untrained and uncoordinated plus many donât speak English that well.
3) Breakfast service acceptable, but not great. The process of refilling the empty food bowls could be improved."

"Fantastiskt hotell sÄ klart. Bra poolomrÄde, grymt fina rum, fin utsikt. Enda minuset var att det inte fanns nÄgon strand samt att vi hade en dÄlig avloppsdoft i vÄrt rum. Ev lite överpriset men absolut ett vÀldigt fint hotell."
"We couldnât be happier with our stay. We travelled with our 7mo baby and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private pool. The staff are all fantastic and genuinely happy and welcoming. The rooms are clean, big and bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is good and drinks in the bar are delicious. We also had a deep tissue couples massage in the spa which was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to a few restaurants but if you are looking for a more lively location I wouldnât stay here. 20m bus ride to Chania and Agia Marina."
