The Simplicity House är allt annat än enkelt. Detta 3 sovrum, 3 1/2 badrum hem, varje rum med eget privat badrum, har ett bekvämt vardagsrum med en mysig konversationsyta, öppen mot matsalen och köket. Det finns två verandor, en på framsidan av huset och en på baksidan av huset. Båda är perfekta platser att njuta av ditt kaffe på morgnarna eller till och med ett glas vin på kvällarna. Detta hem ligger inom gångavstånd till Magnolia, Baylor, McLane Stadium, shopping, restauranger och bredvid var det nya Waco Center of Art kommer att ligga, där företag och bröllopshändelser också kommer att äga rum. Om du planerar ett bröllop eller andra evenemang, vänligen kontakta ägaren som möjligt i förväg för att försöka reservera detta hem och ett eller två andra hem intill för att hålla ditt parti tillsammans. Our stay at Simplicity House was a short one, but very comfortable and well appointed! We chose this home because of the 3 en suites and it did not disappoint! The home was very clean and expertly decorated. The location was very accurate - everything Magnolia was literally minutes away. It was terribly hot outside, but inside was nice and cool. The rear deck was private and a nice place to relax with a coffee or wine! Charmaine was very gracious and informative and a great host. If we ever make a return trip to Waco, we would definitely stay again!

Great fun stay for our group!

Great House

Beautiful Home

Absolutely wonderful!

First ever "sisters" trip...We could not have asked for things to be more perfect. From booking, communication with host (who is AMAZING), location, cleanliness...I could go on and on. I've stayed at many homes through VRBO, and this was by far the best. Charmaine was so helpful, easy to communicate with, and just an overall great person. Her attention to details and excellence are definitely apparent!

Home Away from Home

We came to Waco for a birthday celebration. The Simplicity house was perfect for what we needed and it felt just like home. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so for 3 ladies, it was perfect. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings, played games at the kitchen table, and felt right at home!! Thank you Charmaine for your hospitality! We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect place for family and friends!

The home was decorated so cute and everthing was fully thought out. Every amenity that you could think of was available. We were 3, 60+ year old ladies and there was plenty of space for us. We each enjoyed having our own bed and bath. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this property!

Great house

Our family from Washington and Florida was visiting and we decided to take them for a night to Waco. This sweet house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. The small touches throughout were tasteful and everyone absolutely loved the privacy of their own bathroom in their room. The kitchen was fully stocked with the best little coffee bar set up. Such a great house, I would highly recommend this home and if we ever make it back to Waco, we will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great home base in Waco

A comfortable and well decorated home with many amenities! Great location for walking to restaurants, Magnolia, and shops. Very clean, separate climate control in every bedroom. The house was very clean, smelled fresh, and in a great location to walk for other activities. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows , we all slept great! The house was very comfortable and it had everything you could possibly need inside waiting for you !

Safe place to stay

This was our first trip to Waco and there was 5 of us-girls trip. Def felt safe and after looking around the area, so glad we stayed where we did! Secure parking around back, walking distance to downtown & house was loaded with everything and more that we would have needed! Maybe bring an alarm clock if you don’t like using your cell phone other than that not a detail missed!
