The space
The Timeout at 203 offers spacious and modern accommodations, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. The open-concept living area is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large sliding doors that flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and open counter space, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals or quick snacks between adventures.

Neighborhood
3 blocks to Magnolia Market, 1 block to Spice Village, across the street from Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from Fabled Book Shop and Cafe, numerous restaurants within walking distance, 2 blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Less than 1 mile to Baylor University, McLane Stadium & the new Foster Pavilion!

Guest access
Guests will have access to entire condo with the exception of one locked storage closet.

Other things to note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

For Coffee - we have both a plain coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide some pods, creamers and sweetener.

Smart TV with basic cable.

Fable Bookshop located next door to The Behrens Lofts serving great pastries and coffee.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.
