âCheck was simple. Bed was comfy and that's about it. NO trash can in the room. No shampoo. 2 tvs, no remotes! Some drunk fool in the hallway, yelling and crying for over an hour. Only had 1 towel for the shower.â

âThe location was good- 5 min from everything in TR. The front desk staff was nice, and the breakfast was what you expect from a hotel. The pool was green and unusable, the walls are paper thin, there was a 1" gap under my door so I could hear everything. The windows are single pane and there were people revving their engines super early in the morning- not the hotel's fault, but I have stayed in Airport hotels where I couldn't hear the planes, this was not the case here. âWe stayed here several nights until we were able to get back into our home after it was damaged by water. So we had kittens and kids with us, and were all together a hot mess when we arrived. But the staff were all so friendly and patient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was top-notch. âThe room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasnât a bad stay, I just donât think they were prepared.â
