Very nice and helpful staff!! Rooms where clean and good size. Nice bathroom. Couldn't find any English-speaking tv-channels. Location, even though it isn't right next to the entrance to Petra, is still good. Shops and restaurants nearby, and the taxi (or the hotels free shuttle) only takes a few minutes to the entrance. Pool is indoors and smells funny (read: I think there's mould and water damage in that building). Great breakfast with heaps of options to choose from.

Good Location but Okay Hotel
Amra Palace had really small rooms and okay bathrooms. But, the good thing about this place is - it's very close to the Petra entrance. So, good to be home after long tiring day at petra.

Pleasant stay
What i didnt realise looking at the map of town is how hilly it is, i thought it be a shirt walk down to Petra VIC haha but if u prefer a hotel closer to the centre of the town n dnt mind catching taxi its a good hotel; also 1min walk to local supermarket. My first impression wasnt as good as it should have been as i found another guests underwear in the draw but hotel was quick to appologise and offer new room. Apart from that room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was also good.

The hotel certainly isn't a 5 star but the service absolutely is!! They were so wonderful and incredibly helpful! When they found out we were leaving to Petra before breakfast opened they arranged to leave boxed lunches for us instead. Incredible! The perfect place and fabulous location if you are going to Petra!

Hotel is in a good location, the staff was friendly and helpful. However the room and bathroom was quite small and dated, very difficult to get into the shower. Breakfast start at 6.30 wish it would be ok for other hotels but considering the location and that the Petra sites open at 6.00 am I would have expected to have it served from earlier. Breakfast was average.

Adequate night for a Petra trip
Stayed here for a night whilst visiting Petra, it's not a great hotel, it's not bad either. We had two rooms, mine was fine, my mums had a bad smell from the pipes. WiFi was very poor. Food was what you expect, decent enough. Staff were friendly but we had limited interaction. Good central location.

가성비 최고의 호텔입니다. 객실 관리는 최선을 다 합니다. 프론트직원의 대응은 차갑습니다. 레스토랑의 직원들은 절대적으로 교육이 필요합니다. 손님이 레스토랑이용 중 임에도 자기네끼리 수다를 떠느라 손님의 동선을 막는등 기본적 예의도 없는 행동을 스스럼없이 합니다. 자기들끼리 낄낄거리며 웃고 떠듭니다.

This hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable and everything works, staff was nice, specially front desk. My only complaint is they charged my card for the reservation even though I had already paid ahead of time, the manager assured me I would get my money back in 14 days and its now been almost 2 months fighting for my money back. WATCH OUT FOR DOUBLE CHARGES PEOPLE.

Amazing food with a very friendly staff. I loved the Turkish bath with the indoor swimming pool. The dining area is very elegant. Rooms are very clean and cozy. I will definitely would go back to lodge in that place. I just loved it.

Personal increíble
El personal increíble, se molestaron en reservarnos taxis y el desplazamiento a Aman en autobús local, que incluso vino a recogernos al hotel por indicación del chico de recepción. Y continuamente nos preguntaban si estábamos cómodos. En ningún hotel hasta la fecha habíamos tenido un trato tan bueno. Además de eso está todo muy limpio. Quizás el único punto a mejorar sería el desayuno que nos resultó un poco pesado. Convendría que pusieran más fruta o zumos naturales. Aparte de eso todo perfecto

Impeccable Service
Excellent value for location: - Well-kept, clean rooms - Within walking distance to many restaurants that are more reasonably-priced than the ultra touristy restaurants near Petra's entrance - Buffet breakfast included from 0630-0930 Most of all, the CUSTOMER SERVICE was unparalleled. The reservation manager, Aseel, went above and beyond several times throughout our stay to help us with logistics, and was always quick to respond via WhatsApp. She, in particular, made our stay feel like this was a 5 star hotel! Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Palace visible uniquement dans le nom de l'hôtel
Hôtel assez vieillot bien que la réception est relativement bien entretenue. Le couloir menant à la chambre est assez sombre. Chambre petite mais très bonne literie. La salle de bain nécessite d'être refaite à neuf (trou dans la baignoire dû à la rouille, d'autres parties aillant déjà été refaites grossièrement). La toilette ne fonctionnait pas correctement, la maintenance est venue mais toujours le même après sa venue. Les murs étaient très sales. Très déçue de leur prestation pour le prix. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié

The best hotel in Petra!! Much More than 3 stars!
We stay for three nights and it was the best experience ever. This Hotel is much more than a three stars hotel, the experience was great, excellent service, the persons at the reception are the nicest and helpful people we have ever known in any trip. Delicious local food, and a vast buffete at breakfast and dinner. We would definitely come back!!

Bed was really comfortable.
I stayed here one night and it was clean and very quiet. Slight issues with some broken items but overall was a good experience. Free breakfast, staff friendly and good food choices. Dinner buffet on site. Can eat on patio. Slightly far from Petra but they provide a shuttle and the room was quiet. I did not use the pool, internet area or bath, but I think it's nice they were available.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. When I asked for the internet that was included in my reservation, they just answered, sorry: today is not working. I went to check the swimming pool and it was empty, I went to check the promoted "Gym and SPA" and basically everything was in ruins The breakfast was excellent, the cheese was the best I have seen in middle east countries Staff was friendly. Bathroom very tiny, if you are a little bit fat, you won't be able to take a shower

3 star hotel for the 5 star price
Beautiful hotel but badly needs maintenance. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Philippino waitress in the restaurant. But hotel inside paint is pealing, indoor swimming pool need repair, floor needs mapping and light needs fixing. It a 3 star hotel for the 5 star price. Restaurant has good food for good price. Hotel location is good in the town, although driving distance to historical Petra.

Carpeted Hotel close to Petra
Soft underfoot surfaces and a nice garden were welcome. The carpets were amazingly clean considering all the Petra dust that walked in. Parking was easy. Expedia had somehow not sent our reservation and we were lucky to have our reservation number honoured in the last available room...3 twin beds. We had the choice to move to a two bed room the next day but decided to stay where we were for convenience. Outstanding service was provided by the young fellow who carried our bags to and from the hotel from the parking lot...friendly and enthusiastic...great photos of him descending the outdoor elevator! The breakfast buffet had plenty of selection. If something regular was missing you only had to ask and it appeared. The dinner buffet was alright but items finished weren't replaced so if you arrived late, you had less choice. The elevator up and down was much appreciated. We didn't use the facilities such as the pool...too busy looking at Petra!

Arrivés pour visite à Petra, l'accueil a été très bien, la nuit très bien également, avec un quadruple vitrage ( 2 doubles) qui nous a permis d'éviter d'entendre le muezzin pendant la nuit car une mosquée est très proche de l'hôtel. Superbes bains non testés mais magnifiques, bon repas du soir avec buffet complet, idem pour le petit déjeuner...

Great hotel and good value
This full service hotel has nice rooms, a pool and spa, free shuttles to Petra, and a good dinner buffet. It's central and very quiet. The staff are terrific and Fayez went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had good information about everything from the best cab drivers to the best places to buy a camera. I would have given this hotel the highest rating except there is "shisha" smoking on the first floor and I had residual smoke smells in my room.

Location is good. Off the main road, it is quiet and I had a good sleep. Lovely garden and terrace. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again surely.

Hôtel bon standing. Ça fait du bien d'avoir une piscine après la journée à Petra. La piscine est un peu vieillissante mais il faudrait un bon coup de peinture pour redonner un coup de jeune. Hôtel un peu loin de petra, il faut s'y rendre en voiture. Mais en plein cœur du centre ville de Wadi musa. Climatisation dans la chambre et double vitrage.
