Cancele la reserva con suficiente tiempo, en razón en que en Petra se inundó y estaban evacuando los turistas. Y aun así cobraron la reserva sin utilizar el servicio. Me parece no adecuado ese procedimiento.

Good place to stay
Owner/manager is really good talk to him before you visit Petra. Location is about 30 mins walk from Petra entrance

The property and location were decent. There were a pair of shoes left in the open in the room and hair on two of the beds indicating the room hadn’t been cleaned well. Dinner was offered without mention of payment, then when we sat down to eat we were informed there would be a charge. Overall it was a decent stay and very quiet.

Unforgettable holiday.
We felt as if we were visiting family, Mohamed welcomed us in such a warm way, like long time friends, food was amazing, unbeatable location. Mohamed gave us incredible tips to enjoy Petra and Wadi Rum desert. He arranged transfer from the airport and it was very convenient after a long flight and also from Petra to Madava with a short stop at the dead sea. Thank you, we highly recomend this property, suitable for all kind of travelers.

Parking was very easy, and it’s about a 10 minute walk to an area with lots of restaurants. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Petra Visitor’s Center. Clean and comfortable. Good value for your money. The best part was the staff. So nice and they gave us a great restaurant recommendation!

The owner is very helpful giving lots of information and organising taxi to begin petra tour . There is parking at the hotel.The breakfast is very basic and unfortunately the dinner was not my thing

Great location, rooms and manager
Stayed here one night before a day in Petra, Mohammed was very welcoming and so helpful with Petra tips. It was a good location, near restaurants, bars in Wadi Rum. The room was spacious and clean, no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was a little basic for the price so you might want to give it a miss - plenty of better options in Petra itself, with a much better view!

Incroyable
Notre séjour à cet hôtel dans Petra été incroyable et ça , Grâce a Mohamad le propriétaire de l’hôtel qui nous a accueilli et s’est occupés de nous comme aucun autre hôtel en Jordanie ! Je vous conseille de prendre le dîner chez lui car c’était vraiment bon ! Un grand merci à mohamad

Mr Mohammed and his family were the perfect hosts! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would come back. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Mr Mohammed was efficient and knowledgeable about the area. His wife and daughters cook a traditional Dinner that is absolutely delicious, it is additional, but you definitely don’t want to pass it up!

We loved everything about our stay at Petra Guests Hotel. We were traveling with our 3 children and loved that the room was spacious enough to accommodate us all in one room. The hotel had an amazing view from the mountain overlooking the valley and is only 2 minute drive from Petra. The breakfast was delicious and we also decided to stay for dinner one night and they cooked local cuisine which was delicious- would highly recommend! Mohammed the owner went above and beyond with us and our children; it felt like family. We would definitely go back.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt, Der inhaber des Hotels ist an Gastfreundschaft nicht zu überbieten. Er kümmert sich super um alle seine Gäste und gibt wertvolle Tips. Es gibt die Möglichkeit von traditionellen Abendessen und Frühstück, welches beides hervorragend schmeckt.

Simple and clean
The hotel was rather basic for western standards but the room was clean the the manager catered to my every wish. The views from the room window was amazing. I recommend it for a budget trip.

Mais nous avons été logés au rez de chaussée avec des sanitaires communs plutôt sales et basiques (wc à la turque) et une chambre très limite et froide .. Les chambres des étages semblent d’un meilleur confort. Évitez donc les chambres du réz de chaussée

Very nice host, helpful and pleasant. Hotel is basic and overall cold in winter but room well heated. Dinner was great but thought a bit pricey. Lunch box prepared for day trip to Petra was appreciated.

Best value in Petra
Hotels in Petra tend to be very expensive, but this turned out to be an absolute bargain and I can't recommend it highly enough. Our only issue was that it was cold at night and we couldn't work out how to put the heater on in our room. Everything else was great, and I would definitely stay there again.

Cet hôtel est vraiment le meilleur de Petra selon mon expérience. Nous avons était très bien accueilli avec des explications sur la ville, et le site de Petra. A noter que le restaurant de l’hôtel est traditionnel et de très bonne qualité. Hôtel extrêmement propre et confortable ( chambres, toilette) Merci pour cette expérience

Muhammed, the proprietor, greeted us like we were long lost relatives. His small hotel feels more like a home, with a comfortable living room and a large dining room where he served us delicious Jordanian foods. He gave us excellent advice about navigating the ruins of Petra and provided us with maps showing us trails that would not be swamped with tourists. We stayed 3 nights and would have like to stay longer - maybe next time!

Petra, eine wunderbare alte Ruinenstadt.
Wir waren in einem netten kleinen Hotel,in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren landestypisch lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Wir waren O2 Tage in Petra , eine wirklich beeindruckende alte Ruinenstadt. Danach hatten wir Muskelkater, da es so viel anzusehen gab. Erholung haben wir uns dann am toten Meer gegönnt.

Basic hotel walkable to town centre
Basic hotel. My room was shared toilet/bathroom. Mohammed at Reception is very friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioner or fan in the room but the weather was not too hot so it was not a problem. There is no drinking water in the room. Room is clean but basic.

Amazing host
We booked this hotel a few days prior to our arrival and were greeted by Mohammed, owner of the hotel. From there until our departure we felt like we were the only guests in his hotel due to the amazing help and hosting we've had from him. He took the time to take us to the sunset at our arrival after a welcome drink. Booked our Petra by night tickets, booked our Wadi Rum stay. We had great homemade food for breakfast and our dinners. The place is located on a hill facing Wadi Musa across from Petra visitor's center. Before reaching Petra we knew exactly where to go since Mohammed spent the time to show us the best way for our 3 nights stay. Highly recommended.

ペトラ遺跡から遠い分、利用者が少なかったため、優遇して頂けました！部屋のアップグレード朝食込み、バス停までの送迎、ペトラまでの3往復、夕日と街が一望できる丘までの送迎、ペトラナイトチケット(17JOD)、夕食(15JOD)、水2L、出発前にデザートとぶどう一房頂きました。宿泊代とは別に45JOD払いましたが、手間が省け、こちらのペースで自由に過ごす事ができ、一泊二日の短期間ですが満喫できました！夕食はとても美味しく２人前ぐらいの量が出てきたので翌日のランチに食べたいと申したら快諾して頂けました！

L'accueil est simplement grandiose avec des conseils et une gentillesse impressionnante de la part du gérant. Mangez y le soir, c'est un festin royal ! Les chambres sont très bien tenues. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour à 5 minutes en voiture de Petra !

A great hotel
We spend a great time in this hotel with my friends. Our host was amazing. We arrived really late and he waited for us, offered us to drink and to eat. He is really kind and always wants to help you. The breakfast was really good and Mohammed took us to the visitor center by car. He offered us fruits and drinks for the road. The room was clean and comfortable. I can only recommend strongly this hotel and if I come back in a few years I will book at Mohammed’s hotel.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Petra Princes Hotel und haben sie genossen. Schon bei unserer Ankunft war klar: Für Mohammed ist jeder Gast ein Freund und so haben wir in seinem Hotel nicht nur einfach genächtigt, sondern viel mit unserem Gastgeber geratscht, sei es in der Küche, beim Essen oder Abends auf dem Hoteldach mit Blick über die funkelnde Stadt. Auf diese Weise erfuhren wir sowohl die beste Route durch Petra, vor allem aber gab uns Mohammed ein Gefühl dafür, wie die Menschen in Jordanien leben und denken. Für diesen wahren Einblick in sein Land sind Mohammed super dankbar. Auf bald! Wir wollen wieder kommen!
