“Room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful There was no coffee maker in the room which I really need in the mornings . I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! ”

“The price was affordable so long as you book during a week day, if you book during the weekend you’re going to be paying way more than the you should considering the quality of this hotel. “We were pleased with it stay and only found a few things that were not so good. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We only ate breakfast one of the three mornings and it was okay. The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet did not have great flushing capability. The closet door was hard to use as the track was broken. We plan to stay again the next time we are in the area.”

“Very comfortable and clean room. We slept well, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the room was easy to control. Our check-in was seamless. “Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed. “The best hotel stay I've had in a long while. Went with my husband and toddler. It seemed like we were upgraded to a suite because the room was very spacious and clean and stocked with lots of soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast was fantastic. The only issue we had was the shower door would not stay closed- it kept rolling open so we had to shove a towel in the corner. There's also an amazing playground 4 miles down the road! I will be staying...

“The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to.”

“The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay.”
