âThe property was conveniently located near everything we wanted to visit. The daily breakfast helped get us ready for the day, although I'd recommend the local coffee shop over the hotel coffee, personally. The indoor pool was a great way to start or end the day. Overall the staff and property were well worth the charges and helped provide for a great visit.â
âEvery aspect of this hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and warm. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The staff at the roof top bar were also very friendly and made awesome drinks. We had our yellow lab with us and you could tell this is a pet friendly hotel. All of the staff wanted to say hello to her. The room was very comfy and the location was great. â
âWell maintained and managed, but the location on the main strip was not great being that there was a lot of emergency vehicle sirens throughout the night. Good parking and breakfast hall. Carpet needed cleaning. â
âIâve lost my work pager. They have not found it yet from last week Thursday, but theyâve been very nice. They try to check for it. They have not found it yet so trying to reach out to them again to see if they can find it cause I need it.â

âProperty is clean and well kept. Convient location, but a little difficult to get to. If you are coming from the south you need to go to downtown and do a uturn and go back over the bridge to get to teh location. If you miss it you have to do 2 u-turns to get back to the exit.â
âThis was a really good stay. The hotel was in a good location close to a lot of things. We went downtown and it was a quick drive. We also visited the blue ridge parkway which also was quick and easy to reach. The only thing is that it is quite heavy traffic and going left on the road when leasing the hotel was not so easy or felt safe. We solved that by going right and doing a turn after a while to get to the right direction.
The room was nice and the hotel had a pool which also was nice since...
