Welcome to "Schwalbenloft", a stylish holiday apartment on the upper floor for up to eight people – ideal for families or groups. You will find an open living and dining area with old beams and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The spacious living room with sofa and smart TV invites you to relax, while a play area with play kitchen and soft building blocks provides entertainment. Loft beds offer older children a cosy retreat. Comfortable beds and a modern, large bathroom complement the stylish furnishings. Wi-Fi and two smart TVs with streaming services are available.
Enjoy your private terrace and the communal garden with fire pit. The garden features a play area with sandbox, swings, trampoline, and climbing frame. The play hut village offers extra fun. The wellness area with barrel sauna, whirlpool, and outdoor shower is available as a bookable add-on (available for an extra fee). Please note: If you wish to use the sauna or whirlpool on a specific date, you must enquire before booking to guarantee your preferred time slot. You will be greeted by the farm dog, as well as cats, goats, and chickens.
The proximity to Moorpadd (1 km) and the forest kindergarten invites you to take trips. A shop for bread rolls and a restaurant are 250 m away. Other destinations include the zoo (5 km), canoe rental (5 km), draisine rides (250 m), and Lake Dümmer (20 km).
Parking is available. Pets are not allowed, and smoking in the building is prohibited. Events are possible upon prior request. A storage room for bicycles is available. A 4-person mountain go-kart or e-bikes can be rented (available for an extra fee). The small bakehouse with oven can also be rented.
