“Great apartment but no air conditioning and nightly construction work ouside so couldn’t have the windows open. Really warm so not very good sleep in spite of ok beds. Not super clean under the beds but ok. Great to be able to just cross the streat to get to bus station”

Everything was close by, shopping, dining options, and public transport were all very convenient, and having grocery stores nearby made things even easier.
