Despite trying to to get the heating going, incl. help from the staff, it was still like 13-14 degrees Celcius in the room an hour later. So, at 1:30am we got a another room. Again some 13-14 degrees in the room but this time the staff at least got the heating running and they also brought some portable heatets. At 2am the temperature in the room was at least decent. âVery nice place for both longer and shorter stays. I stayed one night before hitting the road. Pam is an amazing host! Was offered muffins and tea upon arrival.
The room was super cozy and so was the garden just outside. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotell/bnb so far!

"Great hotel, what a surprise. We stayed in many places in NZ during our trip and this hotel was the best. We did not expect that from an airport hotel.
