The whole of the property is accessible. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house. Access is self check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests on the day of check-in.

Unfortunately our home is not suitable for hen & stag parties or any loud gatherings. We prioritise a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and our neighbours.

Please be aware that our property is located adjacent to a canal, which may pose certain safety considerations, especially for young children or individuals unfamiliar with water bodies.

🌿 Muddy environment
Please be aware that due to the natural surroundings, certain public areas around the property can become muddy, especially during the winter months or after rainfall.

🌿 Log burner
Due to recent changes in fire regulations, our log burner is no longer available for guests to use.

🌿 Must climb stairs
Our home is spread out over three floors and stairs must be climbed to access the kitchen/living/dining area. Please consider this if this is a concern.
