Equipped with 1.6m bed + 1.4m mattress sofa bed, 55" 4k TV, Netflix, 50Mbit Wifi, fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker and private parking.

You can expect a bright attic apartment with spacious living room to relax and a cozy bedroom (double bed 1.60 m x 2 m) for restful sleep.
In the living room, the sofa bed (1.40 m x 2 m) can be used.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be self-sufficient:
Refrigerator, sink, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery. Basics, such as spices, coffee and tea are available free of charge. There are also enough pots, pans, cutting boards and sharp knives.

In the bathroom there is a bathtub incl. shower wall. So both the shower and bath type will feel comfortable. Clean grout, a decent hairdryer for the ladies, as well as towels are self-evident and included ;-).

Normally this is my own non-smoking home. This makes the apartment stand out from most other Airbnb's, because here is really lived, which speaks for the coziness factor - be it the real plants or my books, which you are also welcome to browse.

To the stable WiFi with 50 MBit/s you get of course the password.
