Access to the bedrooms is via a staircase that is steeper and narrower than a typical residential staircase. We encourage guests to review the listing photos and details to ensure the home's unique floor plan is a good fit for their stay. Upstairs, you'll enjoy panoramic ocean views from both bedrooms and the balcony

- Pets are not to be left unattended while in residence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture including chairs, sofas, and beds. Please wash your pet’s paws with the faucets/hoses on exterior of buildings prior to bringing them inside the unit. For your convenience we do provide dog towels in your unit. Please do not wash pets/paws in the shower, bathtub, or sinks as sand gets into the drains and septic system and causes backups
