“The building and lobby were very nice and clean, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, our room was a completely different experience. There were pills on the floor along with a noticeable amount of crumbs and it was clear the room hadn’t been vacuumed before our arrival. Cleanliness in the rooms really needs to be improved to match the rest of the hotel.”

“Breakfast consisted of coffee and a few prepackaged mini muffins. No milk or cream for the coffee just two pump flavor creamers. The chair in the room was worn, torn and dirty! The microwave scorched inside. The chair looked like it was from the dump! Had to complain repeatedly after getting the excuse “Sorry that’s one of our rooms we need to renovate and there’s nothing we can do since we’re all booked!” Hours later after going to dinner and asking to speak to the manager (who never called)...
