“It was my parents that staid in this hotel. But i did come inside to check it and it was a really nice hotel. Very nice staff and very nice room. Only thing My parents had to say was that they wish there was like a curtain or something for the bathroom in their room. It was open and no door so just something to cover would be nice but it wasnt something that bother them :) Parkings in general is not easy to find in Tongeren centrum. But they already said they will definitely stay at this hotel...

“Property is fantastic, especially the lobby is like a modern art gallery, very lovely family running the hotel, kind, welcoming, chatty and very polite. The only point for me, there is no fridge or caffe or tea machine in the room, although there is one in lobby, Also for families with young children, there was some business around that may be not pleasant, to be seen by children. There us a big shopping store next to hotel which is nice. ”

“Frukosten var total katastrof. 1 anställd skulle hålla igång frukosten för hela hotellet. Verkade som om de hämtade bröd, juice mm utanför hotellet så det tog väldigt lång tid, inte roligt när man tider att passa. Vissa blev t.o.m utan frukost trots att de redan betalat.”

“Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. There was a problem with the breakfast at check-in though. We had booked the room including breakfast. But at check-in there was no record of breakfast included, so we had to pay for this ourselves. Will be reimbursed by Hotels.com. No harm done in the end, but very annoying.”
