A charming two bedroom, detached character cottage just 5 miles from North Norfolk coast, close to Wells and Walsingham.

Set in the Norfolk countryside, surrounded by field views this cottage is the ideal escape to unwind and relax. It is perfect for exploring the stunning beaches of the North Norfolk coastline and is well situated for bird-watchers, golfers, sailors, walkers and beach go-ers!
The space
Following a day on the beach in North Norfolk you can return to cosy up by the log burner and cook a warming meal on the Aga.

The bright and spacious kitchen is perfectly equipped for preparing meals on the Aga and the farmhouse table and chairs is an ideal space to gather for mealtimes.

Next to the kitchen is a very useful utility room with electric oven & job, washing machine and dryer. This is a great space for muddy or sandy boots and dogs after a day at the beach!

The cosy sitting room centres around the log burner, has extremely comfy and large sofa and armchair to relax in.

The coastal style bathroom has both a bath and shower for a quick freshen up or a long soak after a busy day of walking, cycling, sailing or bird watching.

There are two good-sized double bedrooms, with double beds.
Other things to note
Just a few miles from this cottage is the seaside town of Wells-Next-The-Sea. This quintessential seaside town has a spectacular sandy beach, fringed by beach huts and pine woodland. During the sunny summer days it is perfect for a day at the beach enjoying the sea and building sandcastles. However, it is beautiful all year round and there are fantastic walks along the coastline towards Holkham.

The beach cafe at Wells is very popular and makes the perfect stop off for a refreshment after a day at the beach or long walk.

The harbour in the town of Wells-Next-The-Sea has a collection of fishing boats and is surrounded by the Georgian houses of the town and independent shops. There are many pubs, cafes and fish and chip shops to choose from within the town.

The nearby Holkham Hall, a magnificent stately home next to the stunning coastal landscape and set amongst beautiful parkland is a must visit with many events and attractions to take part in throughout the year.

The popular village of Burnham Market is a short drive away and hosts an array of independent shops, galleries, delis and restaurants to choose from.
