“They had everything we needed and more. The location was just as they said. We really enjoyed our time here. ”

“Check in process a little cumbersome and first time I’ve had to use an automated system to capture a picture of my ID. But other than that, everything was great! House is as advertised and well stocked. Check out process was very easy and host checked in on us a couple of times to make sure things were going well. ”

“Las habitaciones bastantes limpias solo había un olor algo peculiar el baño muy limpio solo encontré un cabello en la bañera , la piscina y el jacuzzi un poquito deterioradas , no habían tumbonas creo que esa área lo necesitaría , por eso le doy como un 8 al hotel ”

“Very clean and comfortable. The Pool was a fun way to relax after sight seeing in bourbon country. Good breakfast in a clean and welcoming area.”

“I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. “Multiple rooms, lots of game choices, most of all the pool for the kids! Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available!”
