“The plan was to stay here one night, but the hotel was so great that we decided to stay one extra night. The staff was realy helpfull and the room was well equipped. The outdoor hot pool was realy nice to relax in after a days walking. The hotel is located outside of Wanaka, so you need yor car, or borrow bicycles from the hotel (too bad they didn't have lights). I definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Stayed single room twin bed ensuite. Private rooms are expensive in Wanaka. By far the first most expensive private room in NZ. All good with essentials however which the bathroom are equipped with heater. 2 minutes walk to Four Square grocery and lots of eateries. Only negative issue is bathroom is very cold in private room ensuite as there is no heater as compared to Haka Tekapo which has heater in both room and bathroom. The detergents are diluted with 10% detergent and 90% water, guess...

“We had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The view of the lake from our room was wonderful! Our place was very spacious and offered many amenities which we greatly appreciated. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We were rather disappointed that our place was not serviced despite our leaving out a door tag requesting service. There were sufficient towels for our two-night stay so we didn’t want to quibble but it would have been nice to have had a little clean up while we were...
