Welcome to the North Sea! This beautiful terraced house is centrally yet quietly located in the North Sea spa resort of Horumersiel, just 700 metres from the beach, green beach, and harbour. The allergy-friendly and pet-free house is modernly furnished with white wooden furniture, giving the entire house a cosy atmosphere. You will feel the lovingly designed maritime style in every corner.



On the ground floor, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and high-quality pots and pans. The dining area features a sturdy round table with attractive seating. In the living area, a modern sofa landscape invites you to relax. From here, you can access the south-facing terrace. A newly renovated guest WC is also located on the ground floor.



Upstairs, there is a modern shower room and two bedrooms: The larger bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) with mattresses suitable for spinal support, a spacious wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV. The smaller bedroom features a comfort-height bed and a large chest of drawers. The duvets are made of anti-allergenic hollow fibres and have a comfort size of 155x220 cm. The linen package is included in the rental price as a service.



A private parking space and a garden shed for safely storing your bicycles are available. The surroundings offer numerous leisure opportunities: Enjoy long walks on the beach, bike tours through the countryside, or explore nearby towns such as Wilhelmshaven, Jever, or Wittmund. Experience pure nature in the Wadden Sea National Park.
